Brandy Agnew

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Brandy's unique strength lies in her mastery of psychometrics, paired with pragmatic business acumen, supporting global enterprise leaders, teams, and organizations. She has made an impact across all facets of talent management, from designing selection processes to implementing custom, high-impact development solutions. As Co-founder and CEO of EnLiteTalent, LLC, Brandy specializes in leadership assessment and enablement for private equity, venture capital, and commodity markets. She and her team partner with clients to identify, assess, and develop leadership talent, ensuring alignment with business strategy and accelerating value creation goals. Leveraging decades of expertise with Hogan Assessments, Brandy delivers data-driven, high-velocity insights to help firms make critical talent decisions with confidence. During her tenure at Hogan Assessments, Brandy led the Global Learning& Development organization, driving the global delivery of Hogan’s learning initiatives. As Executive Strategist, she served as a subject matter expert on enterprise client projects, focusing on executive selection, team assessment and development, high-potential identification, and custom client solutions. As an internal talent leader at Dell, Brandy spearheaded enterprise-wide talent management initiatives, including engagement and culture transformation, high-potential development, succession planning, organizational design, and executive coaching. Her leadership contributed to enhancing organizational performance and preparing future-ready leaders. Beyond her professional achievements, Brandy has dedicated her time and expertise to numerous community organizations, including the Austin Chamber of Commerce’s Talent and Diversity Committee, Helping Hand Home for Children, Seton Development Board, Beyond Batten Disease Foundation, Westwood Country Club, and Wonders and Worries. Her commitment to community impact reflects her passion for making a difference both in and out of the workplace. Brandy’s professional accomplishments have been recognized with her selection to Leadership Texas, and she has extended her expertise to the academic world as a guest lecturer at the McCombs School of Business and a facilitator at Harvard Business School’s Executive Education. These accolades underscore her dedication to advancing the fields of leadership and talent development.

Ryan Ross

Chief Revenue Officer

Ryan’s unique background combines deep expertise in psychometric assessment and strategic business acumen. With over 3 decades of assessment experience and revenue responsibility for a global consulting firm, Ryan is regarded as an industry expert in consulting, personality assessment, and business leadership. Prior to joining EnLiteTalent, Ryan led several strategic practices at Hogan Assessment Systems. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner and Head of Product Development. He also created and developed Hogan’s strategic partnership program, building out a network of consulting partners that embeds Hogan into their business practices. During his tenure with Hogan, Ryan expanded their distribution network from 14 to over 40 partners across the globe. Earlier in his career, Ryan led global selection and talent assessment programs to help clients identify leadership bench strength during mergers and acquisitions. His consulting experience also includes leadership development and talent management engagements, and validating the use of personality assessments in pre-employment and succession management contexts. As an authority on leadership derailment, Ryan has been invited frequently to speak at conferences and executive sessions on leadership blind spots and strategies for preventing leadership failure. Ryan resides in Texas and enjoys spending time with his wife and their four grown children.

Richard Agnew

Co-Founder and President

Richard brings decades of experience as a trusted advisor to CEOs, guiding them through high-stakes decisions, complex negotiations, and pivotal moments in their organizations. His career spans public service, high-stakes litigation, general counsel leadership, and private equity deal-making, all grounded in a talent for influencing outcomes and moving leaders toward success. He began his career in the United States House of Representatives, where he honed the ability to navigate complex relationships and influence decision-makers at the highest levels. In litigation, he specialized in healthcare and insurance matters, earning a reputation for persuasive advocacy and strategic thinking. His work in the courtroom sharpened his ability to distill complex issues into clear, compelling arguments that move people to action. As General Counsel in the healthcare sector, Richard became the CEO’s go-to thought partner, navigating transactions, legislative change, operational challenges, and moments of crisis. He worked closely with lobbyists to pass critical Covid liability protections and later expanded his expertise into distressed asset investing, overseeing acquisitions, divestitures, and portfolio company strategy. Across these roles, his guidance has helped CEOs seize opportunities, avoid pitfalls, and achieve exceptional performance.

Today, Richard brings that same depth of experience to his coaching and advisory work. He partners with C-suite leaders to think strategically, solve complex problems, and perform at their best when the stakes are highest, drawing on a career spent helping leaders succeed in every environment, from the halls of Congress to the boardroom. Outside of work, Richard is an avid cyclist and a dedicated father, often playing his three adult children, a different kind of endurance sport he’s equally passionate about.

Tresha Ross

Chief Financial Officer

Tresha serves as the CFO, bringing a rich background in entrepreneurship and small-business leadership. With an academic foundation in Entrepreneurship, Tresha began her career in the medical industry before launching and successfully operating her own small business—an endeavor she continues to manage today.

Tresha has collaborated with several professional organizations and has contributed to national conferences centered on small-business development and cultivating emerging professionals into effective leaders. Her passion lies in supporting employee growth, helping individuals advance their careers and pursue continued education.

At EnLiteTalent, Tresha focuses on developing creative billing strategies and ensuring seamless, efficient accounting operations. She is married and resides in Texas, balancing her role as CFO with ongoing ownership of her business.

Dr. Jada Cade is a Clinical Psychologist and Performance Strategist with over two decades of experience working at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and high-performance environments. Her work spans elite military units, corporate consulting, media production, and private practice, where she is known for helping individuals and teams perform under pressure, navigate complexity, and sustain long-term effectiveness.

Currently embedded within U.S. Naval Special Warfare, Dr. Cade provides psychological support to active duty personnel operating in some of the most demanding and high-stakes environments in the world. Dr. Cade also maintains a private practice, where she works with high-performing individuals, athletes, couples, and professionals seeking to optimize performance, strengthen relationships, and navigate personal and professional transitions. Across all settings, she is recognized for her ability to quickly assess complex dynamics, build trust, and deliver practical, actionable strategies that drive meaningful change.
