Brandy Agnew

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Fueled by her passion for leadership and her academic pursuit of the topic, Brandy has more than two decades of experience applying her knowledge to help leaders, teams and organizations achieve business results. Her data-forward, pragmatic approach combined with her expertise and experience make her a collaborative and strategic business partner. Having worked with senior most leaders from the world’s most recognized enterprises, Brandy launched EnLite in 2022 with the mission to help organizations accelerate time to value of human capital through the strategic use of predictive psychometrics. She dedicates her time to shaping the company’s vision and strategy and driving consistent, high-quality assessment and development processes. Prior to launching EnLite, Brandy was an Executive Strategist at Hogan Assessments, where she led the Global Learning & Development organization. Brandy currently lives in Austin, Texas with her husband Richard and their three children.

Richard Agnew

Co-Founder and President

As co-founder and President of EnLite, LLC, Richard focuses his energy on creating an engaging, high impact experience for EnLite clients and partners. As an attorney with 23 years’ experience across several sectors, Richard brings his creativity and analytical approach to execute on EnLite’s mission of closing the leadership deception gap. His diverse experience includes litigation, general counsel, and distressed private equity. Richard brings a wide variety of leadership experiences to the business. He also has a passion for understanding how leadership directly impacts business results. After having been married to Brandy for 24 years, he jokingly says he’s been assessed more than anyone he knows and enjoys maximum self-awareness. He currently lives in Austin, Texas with Brandy and their three children.

Shannon Goodwin

Partner and Chief Operating Officer

Shannon brings an analytical mind and a servant’s heart to her role as COO of EnLite, LLC. She focuses her time on developing processes, programs and infrastructure that enable EnLite to build valued, ongoing partnerships with their clients. Driven by the core belief that leaders are the key driver that enables teams and organizations to succeed, Shannon has spent the last twenty years in corporate leadership development, executive coaching and talent management. Throughout her career, Shannon has held leadership roles across a wide range of industries including technology, financial services, healthcare, engineering and real estate. She is passionate about assessing talent and using those targeted insights to focus development on leadership areas that produce the highest performance, engage employees and achieve sustainable business results. Shannon resides in Austin, Texas and enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.

Ryan Ross

Chief Revenue Officer

As the Chief Revenue Officer at EnLite, Ryan focuses his time on client acquisition and retention. Ryan’s unique background combines a deep expertise in psychometric assessment with a focused, strategic business acumen. This focus has provided him with a firm understanding of what organizations need from their key talent to be successful in a competitive environment. Prior to joining the EnLite, Ryan held multiple leadership roles with Hogan Assessments, most recently as a Managing Partner and Head of Product Development. Ryan brings over 3 decades of consulting expertise, and his experience includes leading global selection and talent assessment programs to help Fortune 500 clients identify leadership bench strength during mergers and acquisitions, working with clients on leadership development and talent management engagements, and validating the use of personality assessments in pre-employment and succession management contexts. Ryan resides in Tulsa, Oklahoma and enjoys spending time with his wife and their four 'adult' children.

Claire Roever

Talent Assessment & Capability Intern

As a recent graduate of the University of Texas, Claire is continuing her career as an intern with EnLite, LLC. As a corporate communications major with a focus on organization behavior and business management, Claire is intrigued with the concept of leadership and the impact leaders have on organizational performance. Claire spends her time refining the products and processes that bring value to EnLite’s clients and partners. Claire’s professional experience includes an internship with Atlantic Street Capital Advisors, Inc. where she partnered with acquired portfolio companies through recruiting and compliance efforts. She also supported the recruiting team by sourcing and screening executive level candidates for key portfolio positions.
